2.     Support, Service & Complaints Procedures

We provide full support and back up of all products during the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. For out of hour requests a surcharge will be imposed. For service enquires we can give a window of four hours and aim to be there within that time frame. We have service engineers working 24hour round the clock for an additional costs for after normal business hours..
In the event that you have a complaint please call us or mails us and we will aim to resolve the matter within a speedily manor. For any issues related to service, support or complaints please use the telephone number or contact email on our contact page.
3.     Payments Terms

Payments by Credit cards or debit cards are accepted under a secure network and bound by the terms put down by all credit card companies We can accept all major credit cards 24 hours through our secure online facility. For credit customers terms would need to be agreed prior to delivery or installations. It is in agreement that all goods remain the property of A AABound Ltd until paid for in full. It is company policy to do a credit check on a company prior to agreeing to any credit terms. Any terms that are not ahead to will result in the depth being passed to a third party for collection.
4.     Delivery Of Goods

Nationwide delivery service is available with our courier.  This means that the safe will be brought to the doorstep unless other wise agreed and paid for.Installation service is also available at a fixed fee payable prior to delivery. Delivery cost does not include installation unless agreed before delivery date.

Our licensed qualified technicians can ensure your safes are installed correctly and to standards. This will ensure they are bolt fixed in accordance to their insurance criteria.

Safes can be installed upstairs at an additional fee by way of our stair climbing equipment used for heavy safes. Terms must be agreed prior to delivery.

Where stated for smaller goods we aim to deliver next day but can be unto three days. For larger orders it can by Shipping Charges 14 days depending on weigh, size and stock at time of purchase. All customers will be notified of delivery times and dates prior to despatch of goods. If door to door is requested the courier will leave the goods to our door only.

If delivery and positioning is requested the goods will be delivered and put in positioning provide the area is free from obstacles.

If delivery and installation is requested the area must be kept clear and free form obstacles, steps, or any ting that might obstruct the installation process. In the event of a safe being required to be lifted or position on an upper level above ground floor we must be informed prior to delivery as a additional charge will apply. Delivery times are given based on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm unless otherwise requested. Out of hours deliveries or installations with result in a additional surcharge. For any installations that are specific to your requirements prior arrangements must be agreed in advance.

All safes must be opened and checked for any damages or missing items upon arrival. Any damages or discrepancies must be informed to us within 24 hours .

5.     Returns Policy

Prior to any goods being replaced or returned you must first notify us of the reason as to why it is being returned or needing duplicate. We are happy to facilitate any issue that might arise from a faulty product. We do not cover the shipping cost to have the goods returned. In an event where the goods are no longer required or the customer decides that they want to cancel an order altering processing will result in a restocking charge of 20%. We can only agree to take back a returned product if it meets our quality control standards and is in perfect working order. In an event that the goods have being damaged or miss treated they cannot be accepted.
6.     Manufacturer Warranty

All our Safes are covered by manufacture warranties, however different products may differ depending on the manufacture.
7. Available Stock At Time Of Order Stock

We will always aim to have all stock available, however due to the large amount of products we can sometimes run out. If for any reason there is a delay in getting your goods to you will be notified and have the right to cancel the order.
  8.     Your Order Acceptance

It is in agreement that ounce you place an order and we receive your payment that you have agreed to the above terms and conditions therefore agreeing to continue with the order. Upon placing the order you agree to         pay the amount and agreed to that being inclusive of VAT the current rate of 23%. If you are a UK or Northern Ireland customer and can provide a registered vat number we can agree to a vat exception sale
