To the maximum extent possible at law, our liability under any implied warranties is limited to repair or duplicate of products sold (at our option), or if this cannot be effected, refund of the purchase price.

In the event of you purchasing a product and it becomes unavailable in the time of you purchasing and us delivering we have the right to cancel the order and refund you the full amount.

In the first instances we may also offer you an alternative replacement product.
